Australia is turning out to be a haven for Brits who would like to retire. This is not me who is saying this but the figures. As per a survey, three percent of the Britons would like to retire in Australia. Clerical Medical which conducted the study found out that one third of the British wanted to spend their twilight years abroad and nine percent of them wanted to stay in Australia.

What else, Australia has emerged as the second choice behind European countries such as France or Spain and is ranked ahead of United States. Three quarters of them said that they wanted to retire by the age of sixty but less than half of them thought that they would actually be able to do so.

Blessed with sun kissed sands and beautiful corals who wouldn’t like to be in Australia? This makes me think about moving to Australia when I retire from work.
