Vision 2020 is a nation-wide awareness campaign launched by the Credit Card Holders’ Association of India, a Bangalore-based registered body to focus the credit card grievances. The credit cards are more a sort of marketing ploy, which lack transparency in the process of card issue and even in the time of card recovery. The credit card body is a body of 10,000 members, aiming at informing the credit card holders about the various traps set by various financial institutions.



The campaign is to motivate the credit card holders to liquidate their debts in the specified liquidation phase between 2005-2010. This awareness campaign is to make sure that the credit card holders are prejudiced when they make purchases on credit especially the young credit card holders.
