As per a survey conducted by J.D Power, BB&T’s home mortgage division has achieved the second position throughout the country in terms of customer satisfaction. The survey which was conducted among 13,000 mortgage customers placed the company among the top three providers in each of the past five years.



The mortgage providers were ranked on the basis of account administration, payment and billing processing and their availability for help to their customers. Now you all must be wondering who achieved the first position and it was USAA Federal Savings Bank which is a San Antonio Tex based mutual insurance company specializing in military lending. Citizens Bank and GMAC Mortgage achieved third and fourth rank respectively.
