America is likely to face an acute crisis as a major portion of working force is between 60-65 years of age. Naturally, retirement crisis is looming large on American economy.
The worst part is the person who is hitting an age of 60 has no choice but just to keep working. In other circumstances they can be pushed to retirement and may be forced to low paying jobs that too when the age does not permit to work harder.
Many of the workers have no access to retirement plan; in the worst scenario they would be dependent upon Social Security. Most of the companies have already lost their charm with their pension scheme and they will not offer any pension to retirees.
