Here are ten most vibrant and affordable cities that have been put on survey by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine. These cities are being judged on the basis of quality of life and economy. However, the list is likely to be published next month.
As of now Pittsburgh has been voted highest percentage of vote and hitting the top position followed by Austin which is trailing by one percent.
