It has been found out that responsibility for servicing a loan when passed on to others leads to lower satisfaction score when compared with mortgages which are serviced by the owner itself.



It has been found out that borrowers get a feeling of dejection in case a lender sells a mortgage or servicing rights and in case they get a rough handling they could do nothing except for shouting or speaking to their managers or seizing their relationship with the company.



If the companies are listening then they should start listening to their customers since competition is getting fierce and an existing loyal customer could bring in more business.
